Just a quick news bit about Th' Legendary Shack Shakers, who are currently on tour with the Rev. They have a new album out on Yep Roc called "Pandelirium" and Jim plays guitars of a couple of tracks. Both bands have toured a bunch together so it was only natural that The Rev play on this album. Go out and pick it up and head out to catch both bands live.

False alarm, Scott still has his black drum set for sale. The person who was going to buy em flaked. He's still asking $5,000 for em and here's all the info on the set once again:
black sparkle nitron whith blonde maple bass drum hoops from the USA custom series, purchased spring of 2003 and finally arrived at my door in the fall of 2003. LONG wait butt well worth it. theese consist of 10x8 tom, 12x9tom, 13x10tom, 15x15tom, 16x16tom, 22x18 bass drum and 6xone half inch snare. Floor toms have legs, 10, 12 and 13toms are RIMS mounted. I used theese drums on stage for about 8 months, and they are beautiful and like brand new. The 10, and 12toms have never left the house. they have the barely played factory heads on them.

Also, there are a few venue changes for the next round of tour dates. The Feb 18th show in Denver is now at the Gothic Theatre rather than the Ogden. Also, the Las Vegas show on March 4th is now at the Cleberety rather than the Empire Ballroom.

Here's a chance for you to own another piece of Reverend Horton Heat history. Scott Churilla is selling a couple of his drum sets. He's got an Orange Gretsch (the one in the "Live and In Color" DVD) as well as a Black Sparkle Gretsch set. Both sets have been on many tours and been seen on many TV shows. For more info on them please email Scott or myself with any questions you may have.

Also, if you have the Speed Channel on cable or satellite, the Nascar truck series races tonight at 9 PM CST. If you have the time check out car #76 driven by Blake Mallory. That's Jeff Milburn's car that he built and Rev. Horton Heat sponsors. There's a big RHH sticker on the back of the truck.
